Frequently Asked Questions
1. How much are the HOA Annual Dues and when will I be billed? Where do I send the check?
The annual dues are $140.00 per year and are billed to all of the homeowners in January of each year. Checks should be made out to Keehner Meadows Community Association. P.O. Box 1215 West Chester, OH 45071.
2. What happens if I don't pay my dues?
If you are delinquent on your dues you will be charged 10% until they are paid. A lien can be placed on your house until your dues are paid, including any legal fees and interest. (See Declaration of Covenants under the Documents link on this website).
3. I am buying or selling a home in Keehner Meadows, and I need a "Letter of Good Standing" indicating that my dues are paid in full. How do I get one?
Contact the HOA Board either by the home page on this website or at this email address: [email protected]. There is a standard letter that will be provided to you after your good standing is reviewed. The cost for the Good Standing Letter is $35.
4. I want to put up a fence or inground pool. What approval is required?
A fence or inground pool must be constructed in accordance with the Declarations of Covenants (copy available under the Documents link on this website). An Improvement Application (also under the Documents link on this website) must be provided to the HOA Board BEFORE any construction may begin.
5. I believe a fellow homeowner to be in violation of our covenants. How do I have the issue resolved?
If you have a complaint or a question regarding a fellow homeowner, first refer to the Declaration of Covenants (copy available under the Documents link on this website) and read about the specific topic. We strongly recommend that you discuss the situation directly with your fellow homeowner. If you cannot resolve the situation, then send an official letter to the HOA Board, either by mail or by email. A formal review will be conducted from there. Complaints can not be reviewed unless they are in writing.
